Quotation and pricing
Product price, currency, tax status, quantity, discount, stock and quotation validity are stated in the written quotation prepared by the sales team. Technical information on the website does not by itself form a sales contract.
Delivery and freight
Delivery method, freight charge, dispatch date and estimated delivery time are confirmed before ordering according to product size, weight, stock, destination and installation requirements.
Returns, cancellation and exchange
Terms depend on whether the product is standard or project-specific, its production or installation status, the written order and applicable law. Contact the sales team before starting a return or cancellation.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
Packaging and products should be checked upon delivery. Damage, shortages or incorrect goods should be reported to MEGAMIST as soon as possible with delivery documents and photographs.
Warranty and technical service
Warranty scope and period, commissioning, maintenance and service conditions are stated in the quotation, contract, warranty document or product documentation.
After-sales support
